is owned by or licensed to THE AM SHOWS and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and share our publicly available content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you do not remove attribution or imply endorsement by THE AM SHOWS.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, publicly exploit or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

3. THE AM SHOWS / BUILDS and Challenges

Certain programs may involve participants developing products, software, prototypes, concepts or other projects.

Unless a particular challenge or written agreement states otherwise, participants retain ownership of the intellectual property they independently create.

However, by participating in a filmed or publicly documented challenge, you acknowledge that THE AM SHOWS may record and publish the event and associated content in accordance with the applicable participation terms, release, consent or agreement.

Challenge-specific rules may override or supplement these Terms.

4. User Submissions

You may voluntarily submit ideas, applications, projects, photographs, videos, comments, feedback, applications, pitches or other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content to THE AM SHOWS, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, distribute, edit, adapt and publish that User Content for operating, promoting and documenting THE AM SHOWS, subject to any specific agreement applicable to the submission.

You represent that:

• you have the necessary rights to submit the content;
• your submission does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights;
• your submission does not contain unlawful or malicious material; and
• you have obtained necessary permissions from individuals appearing in the material.

5. Events, Programs and Registrations

Participation in an event, challenge, workshop, program or other activity may be subject to separate rules.

THE AM SHOWS reserves the right to:

• accept or reject registrations;
• modify schedules;
• change venues;
• modify program formats;
• change judges, speakers or mentors;
• postpone or cancel activities; and
• disqualify participants who violate applicable rules.

Where an event is paid, applicable cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of registration.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including technology platforms, payment providers, social-media platforms, hosting providers and other services.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent policies, availability, security or content.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

THE AM SHOWS may feature or permit the use of artificial-intelligence tools, APIs, software platforms and other technologies.

9. Intellectual Property

The name THE AM SHOWS, associated logos, marks, show names, visual identity and original creative assets may constitute intellectual property of THE AM SHOWS or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.

10. Disclaimer

THE AM SHOWS is provided on an “as available” basis.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but we do not warrant that:

• the Services will always be available;
• information will always be complete or error-free;
• third-party services will remain available;
• events will occur exactly as originally announced; or
• content will meet every user's particular expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability
